As the calendar page turns to May, the start line draws closer and the reality of The Road To Valour is beginning to settle in.

In just 3 weeks it begins! I’ll ride 2,700 kilometres from Vancouver to Winnipeg — not for the distance, but for what it represents: raising awareness and support for veterans and first responders living with the invisible wounds of service.

Why this I’ve been asked the same questions more than a few times — why this ride, and why now?

Instead of answering them one by one, I’ve put together a short video that gets to the point.

With the help of a local high school student, IsaiahSerfas, it captures the purpose behind the ride and what’s driving it forward. Putting it together forced me to take a hard look at the “why” — and reinforced that this isn’t a solo effort.

This video is a starting point.
If it resonates, follow along. Support if you can.
